Description
Bacterial protein extraction kit is designed for the lysis of bacterial cells for the purification of recombinant and wild type proteins. It is useful for the preparation of high purity inclusion bodies. There is no need for special equipment such as sonicator. This method is fast and obtains high yields of protein. The gentle, non-ionic extraction method can be used to extract functionally soluble proteins without a need for secondary treatment such as sonication or freeze/thaw. It is compatible with the FLAG, poly-His and GST fusion protein affnity chromatography purification systems, the kit is also compatible with many enzyme or protein assays and compatible with protease inhibitor cocktails.
